GoThrifty ships to all serviceable postal PIN codes across India, covering all states and Union Territories. We partner with India's most dependable express logistics providers to ensure fast, damage-free delivery.
2 Order Processing & Dispatch Timeline
Each order undergoes a careful quality check, protective garment folding, and weather-proof packaging before shipment:
- Dispatch Timeline: All orders are dispatched within 24 to 48 business hours of payment confirmation (excluding Sundays and gazetted public holidays).
- Estimated Delivery Time:
- Within Kerala & South India: 2 to 4 business days.
- Metro Cities (Mumbai, Delhi-NCR, Bengaluru, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad): 3 to 5 business days.
- Rest of India: 4 to 7 business days.
As soon as your package is scanned by our courier partner, you will receive an automated WhatsApp & SMS alert containing the courier name (e.g. DTDC, Delhivery, Speed Post) and the live consignment tracking link.
3 Shipping Charges & Free Delivery
Shipping charges are transparently calculated at checkout based on package weight and delivery pincode:
- Standard Delivery Charge: A flat nominal fee of ₹50 to ₹80 is charged for standard shipments.
- Free Delivery: Orders with a cart subtotal above our promotional threshold (typically ₹1,200) qualify for FREE Doorstep Delivery anywhere in India.
- There are zero hidden packaging or handling fees. The price you see at checkout is the final price.

5 Damaged Parcels & Delivery Inquiries
If your parcel appears visibly tampered with or damaged upon arrival, please take photos or a short video before opening the package and notify us within 48 hours of delivery:
